I didn’t put mint inside ( not really my taste). It is a very healthy dessert with a high protein. Note you will need to leave in the fridge for overnight for the best result. My friends also liked it. One slice of cake can make you feel full. And the big part of fat is from the avocado what is a good fat for your body. Honestly it suppose to be quick to make, but i spent a lot of time to peel the avocado…like ages. Better to buy a softer one!
