Already 18 days gone from January. This is the second week since I started the gym. First week I managed to go for 5 times and looks like this week it will be 4. I order some staff from my protein to keep myself motivated. Also I ask for advice from my boyfriend (he knows better these things). My diet is looks like going well, and I can see on my skin some little changes. I drink a lot og water with lemon,lime and sometimes with cucumber to keep myself hydrated. Tomorrow if I manage to have time, I will make my playlist for the gym.
