  • 30 g oats or nourish cereal
  • 1 cup 0% fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed (optional)

After when I mixed it up, I started to decorate

with fruits. Apricot, kiwi, almonds, currant. So many ways to make it and it is very easy and quick. It gives you energy for all the morning and vitamins.
