Yesterday I decided to go for shopping and get a blender. Best decision. I made this bowl of energy in the morning in 10 minutes. Ingredients for the base:
- Almond milk (unroasted/roasted)
- Half Avocado
- Medium sized banana
- Half kiwi(other half for the top)
You just mixed together and blend it. After I used banana, kiwi, pistachio, chia seeds and dried goji berries to decorate. I went to the gym after, and I felt so energized. I can’t wait to try more and more recipes and ideas.
