Skinny tomato soup

capture-20170127-084526.pngI tried to make a skinny tomato soup what is good for a diet but still taste delicious. It is a very easy “recipe” to follow. Ingredients:

  • Fresh tomato
  • Basil
  • 0% Fat yogurt
  • Chives
  • Half fat Mozzarella

Firstly, you need a bowl, than you chop all the fresh tomatoes, basil inside to the bowl add some black pepper and salt and boil it. Than you can use a blender to make is more smooth and add some yogurt for the creamy texture. All this can be done under 15 minutes.
