Bombastic Coconut


  • Half cup of Coconut (frozen)
  • Half cup of Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • Half cup of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoon coconut yogurt

The easiest and quickest breakfast. If you don’t have time for a breakfast, you can easily take with you on the road. Such a good energy for the morning or before the workout. You can also add espresso if you need an extra shot of power. Or try with dark chocolate for an extra taste. Trust me, if you try it that will be on your favorite breakfasts list.
