Purple Flower


  • Organic basmati rice
  • Red cabbage
  • Cooked beetroot
  • Chicken breast
  • Turmeric
  • Cayenne pepper

Always when I do rice I put a little bit of olive oil in a bowl then the rice and fry that for a couple of seconds then add a little water but not too much(better to add later than have too much). I cut the chicken breast into small pieces then fry with the salt, cayenne pepper, and turmeric then add the cut cooked beetroot. The rest of the job is about how you decorate the plate. I prefer to use the red cabbage fresh instead of cooked or fried, it gives an extra texture for your plate (crunchy).
