Pink clouds for breakfast

  • 1 banana
  • Handful coconut (frozen)
  • 3 tbs almond yogurt
  • Half cup of oat milk
  • 3 and 1/2 tbs oats
  • raw cocoa bites
  • 3 piece of almond
  • 3 piece of pistachio

Mix all the ingredients into the blender then pour the mixture into a bowl. Leave a little bit inside a jug and add some blackberry in it (that will be the pink clouds). Make sure the texture of your smoothie is not too liquid, otherwise add some oats.  For decoration, I used raw cocoa bites, bananas slice, coconut bites. I sprinkled with a few chia seeds in the middle and frozen blackberry. It kept me full again till lunch and a beautiful way to start the day. This is the first week of trying out the oat milk and I have to say I almost love more than the almond milk. Worth a try, same to say about the almond yogurt.
