Spicy Asian Chicken


  • Chicken breast
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Asian spice
  • Basmati rice
  • Radish
  • Salad
  • Plum tomatoes
  • Dried Basil
  • Lemon juice

Again, it is something that you can make in a couple of minutes. Let’s say you will need half an hour. You will need to cut the chicken into small pieces then mix with all the spices and leave in the fridge for a bit (if you have no time, this step is not necessary). In the meantime, I did the rice then fried the chicken and that’s it. The salad is very easy too, chop the tomatoes and radish into the bowl then mix with the salad basil and lemon juice and it’s ready to be served. Very delicious lunch to welcome spring 🙂 Enjoy!
