Veggie platter

Actually, it is, even more, easier to prepare than the smoothies. You just have to chop all the ingredients what you would like to see on your morning plate. In the middle, I made a little spicy dip with 0% yogurt, garlic, chili flakes and cucumber with a hint of himalaya salt. I’m so happy, I found that lovely weight watcher pita in the supermarket, it taste amazing and also includes some good nutrition. You can also top with some seeds for more fiber.
