- 1 cup of raspberry
- a half cup of grounded oats
- 2 spoon of protein powder (vanilla or any berries)
- 1 spoon of coconut oil
- almond/coconut/cashew milk
- honey (depends on your taste)
- 1 or 2 tbs. desiccated coconut
You can have it as a snack or just top your smoothie bowl for extra protein. Pinky and delicious treat for yourself. Enjoy.
