Ingredients for the pancake:
- Half cup of oats (needs to ground it)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- Almond milk (only to support the blending process, so don’t use much)
You only have to mix and blend all the ingredients then fry it in coconut oil. It will be just a couple of small pancake, but trust me for 1 person is perfectly enough.
- 1 and a half tablespoon light Philadelphia soft cheese
- 4-5 big strawberry
- Honey/Agave syrup ( up to your taste)
Blend the strawberry itself first. Mix the soft cheese and the honey in a small bowl till it will become smooth then add the strawberry.
I mixed a few chia seeds with blended kiwi and a little water and left to soak in the fridge during the previously night.
