Edible Sunshine

It’s the result of that moment when the creativity can’t leave me alone. I used the same smoothie for the yellow and green base too, only I added a tiny little bit of spirulina to get a nice green color for decoration. (Spirulina is a superfood, blue-green algae with minimal taste, high in protein, iron, magnesium).

Ingredients for the base:

  • 1 cup of Frozen Mango
  • Half cup of Pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric (if you like the taste you can put a little more)
  • Hint of cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • Almond (2-4)
  • Oat/Almond/Coconut/Cashew milk

I used coconut, mango and flex seeds for decoration. It’s perfect for the afternoon, for rainy days to have a little sunshine.
