Veggie Black Bean pasta


  • Black Bean pasta
  • Mushroom
  • Carrots (purple&normal)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Salt, Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for the top

Very easy to make and this pasta is much lower in carbs than any others, plus high in protein and fiber. Boil the water then add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes.

In the mean time chop the tomatoes, carrots, and mushrooms into little pieces and fry them in a tiny bit of olive oil. Add salt, oregano, black pepper to spice up. And here we go we are done. I put the parsley for decoration, but after I found out actually it’s taste very well with the pasta so I chopped more. 🙂
